Payment and Documentation

You approve the vehicle and make payment. We handle all export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin, and China Export Declaration.

We accept T/T (bank transfer) with a 30% deposit to start sourcing, and 70% balance before shipping. L/C available for larger orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Your car is loaded and shipped via RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) or container, depending on your preference and vehicle type. We provide tracking updates until it arrives at your destination port.

Typical transit times: Africa 25-40 days, Middle East 15-25 days, Southeast Asia 10-20 days. Marine cargo insurance available (0.3-0.5% of vehicle value).

How long does the whole process take?

Sourcing typically takes 3-7 days. Documentation and customs clearance take 3-5 days. Shipping takes 10-40 days depending on your destination. Total: 2-6 weeks from order to delivery.

Can I inspect the car myself before paying?

Yes. You are welcome to send your own inspector or agent to verify the vehicle before final payment. We encourage transparency.

What if the car has problems after delivery?

Our inspection catches the vast majority of issues. For used cars, we offer a 7-day post-delivery support guarantee ——if there's a significant undisclosed issue, we'll work with you to resolve it.

Do I need to handle Chinese customs myself?

No. We handle all Chinese export customs clearance. For import customs at your destination, we provide all necessary documents, but you work with your local customs broker. We can recommend trusted brokers in many markets.
